The minimum age to register and play on jlpark is 21 years old. This is verified during the KYC process using a government-issued Philippine ID. Accounts that cannot confirm this age requirement will not be approved.

You will need a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or postal ID. Deposits

jlpark accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. All transactions are in PHP — there are no foreign currency conversions. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on jlpark. Visit the Deposit page for full details.

Most deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your jlpark account quickly once the transaction is confirmed on the payment network. Bank transfer timings can vary depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not appeared within the expected timeframe, check your payment app or bank statement to confirm the transaction was completed, then contact support with the transaction reference if needed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. Check the Deposit page or your account dashboard for the current limits that apply to your selected payment method.

Yes. Deposit limits are available in Account Settings under the Responsible Gaming section. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. This is one of jlpark's tools for helping players manage their gaming responsibly.

Withdrawals
