1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and jlpark ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jlpark online gaming platform available at jlpark.vu.

3Account Responsibility and Security

Your jlpark account is for your personal use only. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any transactions made using your login credentials.

You are required to keep your password confidential and must not share your account credentials with any other person. jlpark will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password for your jlpark account.
• Log out properly when using a shared or public device.
• Enable OTP verification for additional account security where available.
• Contact jlpark support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

jlpark will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlpark are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Other payment methods are not accepted for gaming transactions on this platform.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed by the jlpark payments team and are subject to standard processing times, which vary by payment method and depend on Philippine banking schedules.

• All transactions must be in PHP. No other currency is accepted.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name.

jlpark monitors account activity for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected violations without prior notice to the account holder.

7Game Fairness and RNG

All games on the jlpark platform — including slots, eBingo, and live casino games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Every result is independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform or any player.

Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical failure that affects the completion of a game round, jlpark will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical incident policy, which may involve reversal of the affected round or crediting the original wager at its discretion.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlpark support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account that is eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to identity verification requirements.

10Privacy and Data

jlpark collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in that document.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and communication. jlpark does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors outside jlpark's reasonable control.

12Governing Law and Disputes

The English version of these Terms prevails in all interpretive matters. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
